After completing the profile manufacturing stages in the company located in Tehran, some of profiles are transferred to Sari to be used in manufacturing double glazed windows. The transferred profiles are used in manufacturing the newest types of door, windows and facades in the window manufacturing unit having an area of 1800 m using the most modern and advanced specialized machinery and software in this industry like Logical software produced by ORGADATA Company and through relying on the capability of the specialized and experienced man force, and finally the products are provided to the ultimate consumer. The process of manufacturing the windows in this company is divided into two sections namely aluminum and UPVC where the most modern machinery is used to manufacture doors and windows in both sections. In the aluminum section, the completely smart and powerful double head cutting machine model Precision TS2 is used that is made by Italian Emmeji Company which is one of the greatest companies manufacturing door, window and façade manufacturing machinery. The capability of rotation of machine jaws between 45 internal degrees to 15 internal degrees by the electronic engines, numerous clamps equipped with the position sensors used to properly adjust the positioning, and the lengthwise conveyor system used to collect the wastes and to discharge the fillings made by cutting are some of the special features of this machine. Creating water channels and inserting the accessories and fittings like the handle and lock in the production line of aluminum window using Italian pneumatic punches and copy milling machine model CR450, and in the section of joining mullion to the door and window of the machine model EM280A made by the Italian Company Oemme. Another service provided by this industrial complex is the simultaneous manufacturing of the UPVC windows. The UPVC windows manufactured by Alstar Company are manufactured using fully automatic machinery and CNC by the great German Elumatec Company. They enjoy a very high quality through following the manufacturing standards. The skills of the human force, advanced machinery, precision and intricacy in the assembly and use of the European and high-quality fittings have enhanced the products of this complex to the exportation level and these have extended the target market of Alstar Company to the overseas markets.
